"From the very beginning to the very end, my experience was truly amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and intentional. Chelsea was wonderful with confirming my appointment, giving me a tour, and thoroughly explaining my consultation. I especially loved the separate consultation room, discussing finances in front of others can feel uncomfortable, even when you’re simply trying your best to prioritize your oral health. That level of privacy meant a lot. Martha was incredible while getting me prepped and even offered a comfort menu (which I thought was such a thoughtful touch). Dr. Brown was extremely kind and attentive, consistently checking to make sure I wasn’t in pain and that I felt okay throughout my visit. Martha continued checking in as well and not just once. Normally when you say “I’m fine,” people move on. Not here. They genuinely cared. At one point Dr. Raspberry assisted, and he was so respectful in asking if I was comfortable with him stepping in. That small gesture spoke volumes. And if you need emotional support during your visit, Laila the office’s sweet emotional support pup is right there. She’ll gladly offer comfort and cuddles, but only until she decides she’s clocked out for the day, even if it’s in the middle of the appointment 😂. She was absolutely darling and such a calming presence. Dr. Brown and Dr. Raspberry have truly curated a space that feels like an all-inclusive resort. Nothing felt rushed. "First off the ambience of the office when you first walk in is amazing. Staff super friendly and the office manager is very thorough. I brought my family here to try them out and even my 5yr old son loved dr brown. Very gentle and welcoming. I later came for an implant with Dr. Rasberry. The pre and post process was easy and the implant surgery went better than expected. I thought it may hurt but it didn’t, and he gave great instructions or what to do after. He also checked on me several times after the surgery. I recommend this doctor for implants any day. Placement was just nice and the technology they have to help is state of the art."
